Advancements in Mining & Mineral Engineering (AMME) is an open access online journal that publishes original, high-quality research works on Mining and Minerals. The mining and minerals industry has known recently many metamorphoses constrained by numerous economical, technical, social and environmental issues. World-leading mining companies still need high-level research and developments in many domains related to the complete mining cycle, concentrates on the techniques and software applications recently developed in the Mining field and some topics like fundamental research in mining, underground and open-cast mining technologies, procedures of treatment of strong minerals in their improvement blasting technology, design and construction of mines, geo-mechanics and geo-technical engineering, mine ventilation, fluid mechanics and its application in mining, mining machinery and condition monitoring, mineral processing, environmental protection and waste utilization, physical separation methods, such as comminution, flotation concentration and de-watering, chemical methods such as bio-, hydro-, and elector-metallurgy, analytical techniques, process control, simulation and instrumentation, and mineralogical aspects of processing.
