Editor Guidelines

Editors are an important part of the publishing processes. They evaluate the tonality and voice for every journal and ensure all manuscripts complement each other to tell us the wholesome truth of what’s happening within that field of science.

Iris Publishing maintains a highly competitive and expert Editorial Board that is governed by our open access policy for scientific research publishing. The Editorial Board serves an important role in the process of open access publishing. The editors maintain the quality and integrity of the journals by only allowing premium, original and valuable information to be published. They follow a fixed guideline that ensures all members follow the same principles.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Scientific data presented must be verified and the criticism of the manuscript should be left open for all editorial members to decide.
  • The final decision regarding modification, acceptance, or rejection of a manuscript rests solely with the editor.

Benefits:

  • Based on participation and experience level, editors will be promoted to senior editor and executive editor in the area of their expertise.
  • Editors will be given highest importance for all events organised by us.
  • Editors can be invited to serve on the advisory board, based on the type of contributions they make and their zeal towards responsibility.
  • After a year, an Editor-in-Chief will be announced for every journal based on their active participation, expertise in the field and contributions towards the journal.
  • Editors’ works are given increasing visibility on our platforms, our events and our networking groups.
  • Editors shall be honored with the position of Chair/Co-Chair for the many conferences organised by us, free of charge.
