Aliyev Zakir Huseyn oqlu was born on 05/03/1949 in the family of an employee. In 1972 he graduated with honors from the mechanical faculty of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. At the end of ASOA in 1972 in the person of a specialist with higher education in the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Organization (AzINMASH) for the position of Art. Engineer at the Wellhead Equipment, where he worked since 1975. In 1975, in connection with the results of earlier research papers engaged in the activity profile and thematic community (vetch Study Inventory of Land Water Resources and Dynamics of Their Changes). Zakaria Fouad Fawzy - Professor - National Research Centre and Assessor in Egyptian Accreditation Council. He got an opportunity for more than two international projects in Egypt as a principal investigator about Climate Changes Issues in China and Egypt. Dr Zakaria is professor in the Agriculture and Biological Division, National Research centre since 2013. Also, he is Assessor in the Egyptian Accreditation Council. Dr Zakaria is Former President of the Youth Scientific Research Association. He also holds the Chair in Civil Engineering at The University of Salford, UK. He is a Professor and the Head of the Civil Engineering Research Group in Salford. Moreover, Miklas is a Distinguished Professor at Johannesburg University. Prof. Scholz has shown individual excellence evidenced by world-leading publications, postgraduate supervision and research impact. Wei Deng is an associate research professor in National Engineering Research Center for Information Technology in Agriculture (NERCITA), China. The main Research Field is Precision Chemical Application (PCA). A resource-saving and environment-friendly world is needed for all of us. In order to reduce the amount of ago-chemical applied in the field and meantime improve the efficiency of ago-chemical application, the technologies of variable-rate spray werestudied and the spray characteristics among PWM-based continuous, PWM-based intermittent, and pressure-based variable spray were compared, in the aspects of spray distribution pattern, spray angle, spray droplet size, spray velocity, spray specific energy, and kinetic energy median diameter so as to provide some foundation to apply these technique in various and suitable conditions of chemical application. In order to achieve the purpose of precision chemical application, at required places, with required amount, and at the right time, some studies on spectral detection technology and Spectroscopy analysis for targeting spray have been done in the research work. Two main parts of PCA have been involved in my research work. And I am going to do more and deeper research work on PCA.

Jasmina Havranek was born in Zagreb (Croatia) where she finished primary school and gymnasium, graduated and obtained a doctorate from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. In 2001, she was elected tenured full-professor at the same University. As the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb (2001-2006), she hosted many international delegations, rectors, representatives of foreign universities, faculties, organisations, agencies, ministries, etc. Throughout her career, Prof. Havranek has been spreading awareness on the importance of contemporary developments in the area of higher education and science. In the period between 2003-2005, Prof. Havranek served as the President of the National Council for Higher Education of the Republic of Croatia, and in 2005 was appointed as the head of the Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE). Dr. Luigi Tedone obtained the Agricultural Sciences degree with the maximum of the grades and praise in the academic year 1994-95 in the Bari University with a thesis related to the possibility of introduction of brassica species for industrial employment. From 1998 he work in the university of Bari. It results qualified of a PhD course Mediterranean Agronomy XV cycle, studying the following thematic: Early and Late Potato: influence of some cultural techniques on physiological and qualitative aspect of the production. Between 2002 and 2003 he effects a stage, still in the Scottish Crop Research Institute in Invergovrie, Dundee, Scotland, studying physiological aspect concerning the synthesis of the ascorbic acid in potato. He is author/co-author of around 40 papers international journals and is involved in different Research projects supported by MIPAF, MURST, and Puglia region. The main subject deeply is the main problem of field crops, whit particular attention on potato, durum wheat and officinal plants, studying several aspects related the influence of agronomic tools on the plant production.

Anna Lenzi graduated with first-class honours in Agricultural Science at Pisa University (Italy) in 1991. In 1995 she achieved a PhD degree at "Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento SantAnna" (Pisa, Italy). In the same year she was awarded an annual fellowship by Italian National Research Council (C.N.R.) at the Department of Biology of Crop Plants, Pisa University. In 1996 she was awarded a two-year fellowship by Italian Ministry of Agriculture at the Institute for Research in Floriculture of Pescia (Pistoia, Italy). Since 1998, she has been a Research Fellow at the Agronomy Section of the Department of Agrifood Production and Environmental Sciences of Florence University (Italy), carrying out teaching and research activity in the fields of Horticulture (Vegetables and Ornamentals) and Protected Cultivations. She teaches "Vegetable crops and Protected Cultivation" in the Masters Degree in "Agricultural Science and Technology", where she has also the role of Secretary and Tutor. Her main research activity concerns the following fields of study: vegetables quality, with particular attention to nitrate accumulation in leafy vegetables; hydroponic cultivation of vegetables, ornamentals, and officinal plants; microgreens production; soil disinfection by means of environmental-friendly methods; characterization of ornamental crops; new ornamental crops; nursery production of turfgrass and vegetable crops; cultural media; biostimulants; urban agriculture. Antonio Miglio is a hydraulic and pipeline consultant engineer and currently he is the research manager and an instructor at the Center for Underground Infrastructure Research and Education (CUIRE), The University of Texas at Arlington, TX, USA. He earned his M.Sc. in Civil Engineering cum laude in 1999 and his Ph.D. in Hydraulic Engineering in 2005, both from the Universita della Calabria, Italy. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Soil Conservation, Universita della Calabria, Italy. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of structural design of buried pipes/culverts and hydraulic engineering. About the hydraulic engineering, his areas of expertise include: hydraulic structures design, local scour at hydraulic structures, sediment transport in natural and artificial open channels, irrigation and drainage systems design. He has been the project manager for operating in maintenance, repair and reconstruction of underground networks. He has been cofounder and partner of HYDRALAB Ingegneria, a professional engineering association operating in the design of hydraulic structures. He has over 20 publications and he is active in various technical committees of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Transportation Research Board (TRB). He is also an Associate Editor of ASCE Journal of Pipeline Systems Engineering and Practice and ASCE Journal of Irrigation and Drainage Engineering. He was the recipient of the ASCE/EWRI 2017 Best Reviewer Award and he was selected by the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Pipeline Systems Engineering and Practice as an ASCE Outstanding Reviewer in 2013, 2015 and 2016.

Despina Vamvuka is a Chemical Engineer and Professor in the Dept. of Mineral Resources Engineering at the Technical University of Crete, where she teaches and carries out research in the field of "Solid Fuels Beneficiation and Technology". Prof. Vamvukas scientific interests cover a wide spectrum of activities related to the beneficiation of solid fuels (coal, biomass, organic residues) and the new clean technologies for energy production. She has extensive experience in the fields of pyrolysis, combustion, gasification and reduction of pollutant emissions from solid fuels, as well as coal/biomass characterization and physical and chemical beneficiation. She is the writer of over 140 scientific publications, several students publications, two books "Clean use of coals. Low rank coal technologies" (published by Ion publications) and "Biomass, Bioenergy and the Environment" (published by Tziolas publications) and two book chapters relevant to the above mentioned subjects. Until today, she has participated as a partner or coordinator in 24 National/European research and educational programs. She has been member of organizing and scientific committees for international conferences, she is member of scientific committees for energy, environment, biofuels and hydrogen, member of the Editorial Board of 13 scientific journals, member of the Board of Directors of the Greek Combustion Institute, member of the Regional Council of Research and Innovation, member of the Deanery Board of the Department of Mineral Resources Engineering etc. She is referee for General Secretariat of Research and Technology (GSRT) in Greece, referee of the Italian Ministry of Education, referee of 32 international scientific journals, as well as of National Research Programs.

Yalcin Kaya started to work in Turkish Ministry of Agriculture in 1990 at the extension service of Aksaray as Field Crops Specialist. He appointed to Trakya Agricultural Research Institute-Edirne in 1994, he worked in National Sunflower Project 1994-98. He made M Sc in University of Nebraska Lincoln US in 1996-1998, and Ph D in Trakya University in 1999-2001 on sunflower breeding. In December 1998, he became National Sunflower Project Leader and National Sunflower Research Coordinator. He worked as deputy Director in institute 10 years. He made Post Doctorate on sunflower molecular Breeding in USDA Sunflower Research Unit at Fargo, ND in US in 2004. He became Associated Professor in June 2011. After leaving from institute, he appointed to Trakya University in December 2013 as Associated Prof. He became Professor in Department of Genetics and Bioengineering at Engineering Faculty and now serving as Head of Department and also the director of Plant Breeding Research Center in Trakya University. At national level, he was founder and former President of Turkish Plant Breeders Association. he served as President of Turkish Plant Breeders Sub Union in 2014-16. At International level, he is former president of International Sunflower Association (2012-16) and board member of Black Sea Biotechnology Association in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is also the research coordinator of FAO Sunflower Network from 2010 to present. He has organized many plant breeding, statistical analysis and experimental designs, and five International conferences and symposium. He has served in scientific committee of many international symposiums and conferences until today. He serves also as editor and referee of some scientific journals and attended many congresses, conferences and meetings as invited speakers. He published more than 200 papers in scientific journals, conferences, book chapters, etc.

Nalan Gokoglu is professor at the University of Akdeniz, Faculty of Fisheries. She graduated from the Ankara University, Food Engineering Department. She received her PhD in seafood processing technology. Her research activities and subjects of investigation are on fish processing technology, seafood quality, seafood safety, seafood preservation. She has published various articles and books on seafood issues. She has served as the Dean of Fisheries Faculty (2009-2016). She is currently head of Fish Processing Department. She has various international activities. She was a visiting researcher in 1996 as a DAAD scholar in Germany and in 1998 as a British Council scholar in the UK. He is a professional economics teacher & researcher with 18 years experience in the field of Agricultural Economics. He also an expert consultant & trainer, who enjoy being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. He has been awarded his postgraduate and his master degrees in Business Economics and Management from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (M.A.I.Ch.) Greece which is a constituent Post-Graduate institute of the International Centre for Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (C.I.H.E.A.M.) France. He has been awarded his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Fayoum University , Egypt in 2007. He has been actively and effectively engaged in many development projects since 2005. He holds PhD (1982) from Agra University, Agra UP India on Physiology of plant tolerance to salinity at early seedling stage and is presently working for DSc Degree of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Univ., formerly Agra Univ., Agra UP India on Strategy for sustainable improvement of selected crops production under saline conditions emphasizing bio-control of salinity. He was awarded a Teacher Research Fellowship by University Grant Commission New Delhi for Higher studies 1979-1981. He did his MSc in Botany (1969) from Agra College, Agra [Agra University, Agra] specializing in Crop Physiology and Plant Pathology. Engaged in teaching and Research since July 1969 Dr. Sharma is having teaching and research experience of more than 48 years and has guided 15 PhD scholars on various aspects of environmental pollution and stress physiology with special reference to crops of agricultural importance. He holds fellowship and position of responsibility in various National and International Professional Societies. He has been elected as Academic Member Communication Institute of Greece in 2014. He has presented and published about 140 papers and articles and a book on Plant Physiology and 4 books are under completion.
