Dr. Eloy Pena-Rodríguez graduated with a B.Sc. in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. He has a M.Sc. in Drug Research, Development and Control from the University of Barcelona and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the INSA Barcelona Business, Marketing & Communication School. He received his Ph.D. in Nanobiotechnology from the University of Barcelona. He is the author of several scientific publications in high-impact international journals. Dr. Pena-Rodrı́guez’s research interests and career are focused on the field of nanomedicine. He started his career with the company, Nanogap Subnmpowders S.A., where he was dedicated to the industrial production of inorganic nanoparticles and nanofibers. Then, he was a researcher in the nanomedicine unit at Leitat Technological Center for 3 years. Here, he specialized in the development and characterization of topical and oral drug delivery systems. Subsequently, he was an R&D technician for 3 years in the topicals and orals department at Reig Jofré, where he completed an industrial doctorate and specialized in the development of nanoparticles under good manufacturing practices at the industrial level. He is currently responsible for the biomedical engineering unit at Mesoestetic Pharma group.

Doctor Martain Pierre Jean Loonen is an experienced Senior Medical Director and Chief of Clinical Staff. He is an invited medical expert consultant regarding healthcare, health regulations, clinical governance and investments for the Gerson Lehrman Group in New York. Dr. Loonen holds a Doctoral Degree in Plastic Surgery and has achieved his degree with outstanding honors as the youngest Ph.D. candidate to have attained that distinction at his Alma Mater, the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands in collaboration with the University of Louisville, Kentucky. His clinical practice focuses on hair transplantation surgery, reconstructive surgery and body contouring. His Ph.D. thesis concentrated on the qualitative and quantitative statistical analyses of plastic surgery research since 1946 and he developed an alternative for the Impact Factor calculation of journals. Before moving to the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Loonen held and co-organized a well-established clinical practice which provides medical and surgical services to a region of 500,000 citizens in the Netherlands. In multiple hospitals cooperating with his medical establishment, he has pioneered and implemented novel surgical protocols along with establishing a wrist arthroscopy center as the youngest member of the company. He was involved in medical and financial management of the company during these years. He was responsible for the clinical leadership of healthcare providers within 14 medical departments and he was the head of the surgery center in King’s College Hospital London Abu Dhabi. He developed a cost-revenue registration system for efficient cost-effectiveness analysis in surgical department She was recruited by Valiant Clinic and Hospital as a Medical Director and General Manager for Meara’s Healthcare in Dubai. Dr. Loonen implemented and developed the Aviation Medicine and multiple clinical services as a medical director in King’s College Hospital London-Abu Dhabi and Valiant Clinic and Hospital Dubai. As a medical director for Valiant Clinic and Hospital Dubai , he was involved in the implementation of clinical and surgical protocols, medication, medical products, new medical services and the implementation of an Electronic Health Record System. He was recently promoted to Chief of Clinical Staff of Valiant Clinic and Hospital. He is responsible for physician and nurse staff training, staff interviews, staff schedule planning, organizing of clinic meetings, evaluation of incident and key performance indicators, department of health facility licensing, department of health audits, implementation of national and international healthcare protocols, clinical documentation and coding of medical services. He is the president of multiple hospital committees. Dr. Loonen is involved in business development which resulted in a research and clinical governance collaboration with New York University and Mount Sinai Hospital New York and medical collaborations with major sports clubs in Abu Dhabi. Multiple contracts with renowned community-based doctors were established under his leadership to treat their patients within the facility. An international surgical conference will be organized in addition under his medical leadership. Dr. Loonen completed a leadership certificate program at Harvard University. He believes that an open communication, team spirit and an inspiring work environment have a significant positive impact on the qualitative and quantitative output of a medical team and in healthcare in general.

Baher Effat is a Research Professor of Food and Dairy Microbiology, National Research Centre, Egypt. Over 36 years of experience in Food and Dairy Bacteriology, he shared and supervised over than 6 Master and Ph.D Thesis in Food and Dairy sciences and more than 68 scientific publications in food and dairy microbiology, functional dairy products , probiotics and propionic acid bacteria and pathogenic bacteria and in Food and Dairy Products. He has shared in national and international programs and projects. He joined many international conferences and workshop, in addition to scientific activities. In addition he awarded for CAS-TWAS Visiting Scholar Fellowship from 03 Aug., 2006 to 31 October 2006. Lecturer in Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Sabha University, Libya for 3 years from 1994 to 1997. Training of young researchers and lecturers on many science-related subjects; including courses for: Microbiological Analysis of Food, Control of Bacteria, Contamination during Food Process and Isolation and Identification of Microorganisms. He is a member of the Editorial Board of several international journals. He also served as a member of the Organizing Committee in International Congresses. He is currently working at the National Research centre.

Dr. El Hadji Seydou Mbaye was born in 1978 in Kaolack a region of Senegal. During 2008-2013, he earned his PhD in Biology and Human Pathologies with the collaboration of the International Agency for Research on Cancer / World Health Organization, (IARC/WHO), Lyon (France); He obtained a Master’s of Life and Health, Specialty Biology of microorganisms, Virology; a Master’s of Life and Health, option Immuno-physiopathology; a License of Biochemistry in Louis Pasteur University of Strasbourg (France); and a General Degree in Sciences and Technologies in University of METZ (France). He was certified Grade 10/10 by the Federation International of Gynecology Obstetric (FIGO), the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE), the Institute Catalan of Oncology (ICO). These credits were Recognized as Physician’s Recognition Award (AMA PRA Category 1) by the American Medical Association. He was awarded as International Outstanding Scientist Awards 2020, Awarded as the Best Researchers Awards 2021, by VDGOOD. He was certified, by the United Nations, by IARC/WHO. He has published 1 Book with a style of philosophical story. Author of the World Program against Cancer in Low and Middle Incomes Countries, he is lead author of more than 90 peer-reviewed research articles published in reputed journals. Dr. Mbaye is Editor-in-Chief of 4 journals, Editorial Board Member of 125 International Journals, and then he has Edited/Reviewed 214 peer-reviewed articles. He is member of Allied Academies, member of the World Society for Virology (WSV), and also, member of BCNet International Working Group, IARC/WHO. Dr. MBAYE has formed for free, more than 250 Healthcare Professionals for the techniques of cervical cancer screening in Senegal. He has screened for free more than 2000 women for cervical cancer in Senegal.
