Baher Effat is a Research Professor of Food and Dairy Microbiology, National Research Centre, Egypt. Over 36 years of experience in Food and Dairy Bacteriology, he shared and supervised over than 6 Master and Ph.D Thesis in Food and Dairy sciences and more than 62 scientific publications in food and dairy microbiology, functional dairy products , probiotics and propionic acid bacteria and pathogenic bacteria and in Food and Dairy Products. He has shared in national and international programs and projects. He joined many international conferences and workshop, in addition to scientific activities. In addition, he awarded for CAS-TWAS Visiting Scholar Fellowship From 03 Aug 2006 to 31 October 2006.Training of young researchers and lecturers on many science-related subjects; including courses for: Microbiological Analysis of Food, Control of Bacteria, Contamination during Food Process and Isolation and Identification of Microorganisms. He is a member of the Editorial Board of several international journals. He also served as a member of the Organizing Committee in International Congresses.

Professor Ferlito Formerly Director of the Department of Surgical Sciences at the University of Udine School of Medicine from 2003 to 2009 and Professor and Chairman of the ENT Clinic at the same University from 1997 to 2013. He graduated in medicine at the University of Bologna in 1968. He completed his residence programme in otolaryngology and subsequently in pathology. He worked at the ENT Department of Padua University from 1970 to 1997. Since 2009 he is the Coordinator of the International Head Neck Scientific Group. Professor Ferlito has collaborated in writing articles, editorials, commentaries, consensus statements, letters to the editor, special issues, book chapters and books with 681 international experts. Professor Ferlito has been honored with several distinctions from professional ENT Societies including two Presidential Citations from the American Laryngological Association for his contributions made to the field of laryngology and the association. He has been appointed as the International Liaison for Corresponding Fellows of the American Laryngological Association. He is also a Fellowship External Examiner in Otorhinolaryngology at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He has been invited as visiting professor at the Departments of Otolaryngology of the Universities of Ljubljiana, Valencia, Zagreb, Yale, Pittsburgh, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo, at the House Ear Institute of Los Angeles, at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and Montefiore Medical Center of New York. He collaborated as a member of the World Health Organization’s Committee on Histological Typing of Tumours of the Upper Respiratory Tract and Ear. He is also a member of the Laryngeal Cancer Association’s Committee on the Classification of Laryngeal Cancer. He was consultant to Yale University. Professor Ferlito has delivered prestigious lectures all over the world. In 2006 he gave the 2nd Morrison Lecture in San Francisco and the 19th Som Lecture in New York. He has divided his professional life between clinical practice, teaching and research. One of his chief interests is the promotion of international cooperation in head and neck surgery, oncology and cancer research.

For thirteen years working as Clinical Neurophysiology physician in Karolinska University Hospital Huddinge with clinical issues of Epilepsy monitoring, diagnostics of different conditions of nerve and muscle diseases. Completed his medical thesis Ph.D. New functional and anatomical aspects of the organization of human peripheral nerve, in 1996 at Karolinska Institute. Since 1998 director of research and development in NeuFydi organization specifically oriented to qEEG analysis in dementia diagnostics and Electroconvulsive monitoring issues. He has published 17 papers in reputed journals on different topics Human peripheral nerve organization microneurography, Quantitative EEG monitoring at Electroconvulsive therapy, and Quantitative EEG analysis in Dementia diagnostics. Acknowledged as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Clinical Neurophysiology.

Jun Ping Zhang have received bachelors and masters degrees in medicine in 1987 and 1990 respectively. After graduating in 1990, he worked at Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (now Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine). In 1997, he continued my PhD degree at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. During the period, he passed the examination of the Japanese Sawag Medical Scholarship and went to the Tokyo Metropolitan Institute of the Elderly. And he was engaged in cell biology research. After returning to China in 2003, he returned to Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine to serve as the director of the Scientific Research Department. In 2007, he was transferred to the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where he served as the chief physician. Based on the study of molecular indicators have been developed unique patent of the development of lymph node metastases in cancer of the head and neck prognosis (RF patent №2527338, №2426991), of the development of haematogenous metastases in kidney cancer prognosis (RF patent № 2528100), of the outcome prognosis of bladder cancer patients (RF patent №2538632) and assess the risk of endometrial cancer in patients with endometrial hyperplasia (RF patent № 2554505).

Mohamed Ahmed Matter was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1968. He received his Ph-D in Cairo University during the period of 1999-2004. Currently, he is working as Professor, in Plant Biotechnology Department, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Division, National Research Centre.Based on this research and fellowship training, he is Supervisor of two MS.c and three Ph.D thesis. He is a principal investigator (PI) for one project and He is now Co PI of one major projects funded from Egyptian ASRT. He is expert reviewers for journals like African Journal of Biotechnology (AJB), African Journal of Biochemistry (AJB), Journal of plant breeding and crop science (JPBCS), Journal of plant studies (JPS). Journal of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (JGEB) and Journal of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry (JPPB). He has published 27 papers in National and International Journals. He is a member of Egyptian Society of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology and Egyptian Society of Plant Tissue Culture.
