Dr. Tingkai Zhao is currently working as a full professor in School of Materials Science and Engineering of Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU) and a Fellow of the International Association of Advanced Materials (FIAAM, Sweden). He has visited Northwestern University (Evanston, USA) and University of Oxford (Oxford, UK) as a visiting scholar. As a director of NPU-NCP Joint International Research Center on Advanced Nanomaterials & Defects Engineering, the vice-director of Shaanxi Engineering Laboratory for Graphene New Carbon Materials & Applications. His research group mainly investigates the synthesis, structure and performance of advanced carbon materials such as carbon nanotubes (especially amorphous carbon nanotubes), graphene, flexible graphite, 2D nanomaterials, MXene and their applications in composites, energy conversion (solar cell, supercapacitor and Li-ion batteries), smart device and biosensors. He has published 3 books, 15 Chinese Invention patents and more than 130 academic articles on SCI journals, and also obtained more than 26 Awards and Honors such as the first prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Awards in 2013 etc., and 4 times scientific reports in China Science Daily newspapers for his research achievements. Rachid Masrour, from Morocco, actually, is a Professor in the National School of Applied Sciences at the University of Cadi Ayyad, Safi, Morocco where he has been a faculty member since April 2011. Dr. Rachid Masrour completed his Ph.D. in March 2006 at University of Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdellah, Fez, Morocco. His research interests lie in the area of Magnetism of materials and Condensed Matter Physics. He has 210 articles published in Thomson Reuters and 9 book chapters published in international journal. Dr. Zhengzhi Mu currently work as a Lecturer/Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Key Laboratory of Bionic Engineering (KLBE) of Ministry of Education, Jilin University, China. Vilas G Pol is an Associate Professor at Purdue Universitys School of Chemical Engineering, USA. He earned his M.Sc., and M. Phil. degrees from Pune University, India and Ph. D. from Bar-Ilan University of Israel. He was a materials scientist at the Department of Energys Argonne National Laboratory, IL, USA (2007-2013). Pol has 18 years of research experience in the fields of energy storage, materials chemistry, engineering and electrochemistry. He has authored or co-authored more than 150 research publications (h index 39) and an inventor on 20 US patents/applications. He is ACS Grand Prize winner, was named as Argonne Scholar, MRS science as art first prize, Intel prize, Argonnes Near Hit Safety award, 2013 British Carbon Societys Brian Kelly award and is a Gold Medalist in Sports. He won R and D 100 award in 2015 and honored with American Institute of Chemical Engineers Sustainable Engineering Forum Research Award in 2016. Yefei Li is an Associate Professor in the State Key Laboratory for Mechanical Behavior of Materials, Xian Jiaotong University. Hongxing Dai is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, College of Environmental and Energy Engineering, Beijing University of Technology. Prof. Dai obtained his Ph.D. Degree in the Department of Chemistry at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2001. He has been a postdoctoral fellow in the University of California at Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Supervisors: Profs. A.T. Bell and E. Iglesia). Prof. Dai is now the Head of Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Prof. Dai works on heterogeneous catalysis, photocatalysis, and nanoporous materials synthesis. Up to now, Prof. Dai has published over 250 articles in internationally renowned journals and two book chapters. He has given many keynote and invited lectures at various academic conferences. Alexander Shimkevich has received the M.S. degree in nuclear physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1971; Ph.D. degree in nuclear power units from Institute for Physics and Power Engineering (IPPE) in 1982; D.S. degree in thermal and molecular physics from Institute for High Temperature of Russian Academy of Sciences in 1998; and full Professor in advanced technologies from RF Ministry of High Education and Science in 2005.
