Abstract

According to a survey conducted by Cotton Incorporated, consumers have seen a “decline in the quality of apparel, including fading, pilling, losing shape, and shrinking” [1]. Increasing consumer disappointment in apparel quality has coincided with the proliferation and success of fast fashion apparel.
