Dr. Yunhyung Lee is a distinguished professor at the Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology and an adjunct professor at Korea Maritime and Ocean University. With an academic journey spanning nearly two decades, Dr. Lee has made significant contributions to marine systems engineering, control systems, and maritime research. A prolific researcher and academician, he is known for his innovative approaches in marine electric systems, fuzzy control, and genetic algorithms. Yun Zhang (M’13) was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1980. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Harbin University of Science and Technology, Harbin, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2010. In 2010, he joined the Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, as a Lecturer in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, where he is currently an Associate Professor. From December 2016 to December 2017, he was an Academic Visitor with the Power Electronics, Machines and Control (PEMC) Group at the University of Nottingham, Nottingham, U.K.. His current research interests include topologies, modulation, and control strategies of power converters for electric vehicles and microgrids. Dr. Zhang is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Power Electronics.

Panagiotis Vlamos is a Full Professor, Head of the Department of Informatics and Director of the Bioinformatics and Human Electrophysiology Laboratory (BiHELab) at the Ionian University. He has authored more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings as well as 16 educational books. The topics of his papers are Mathematical Modelling, Applied and Discrete Mathematics as well as Bioinformatics. His main research interestis to help bridge the translational gap from data to models and from models to drug discovery and personalized therapy by developing quantitative deterministic approaches to biological and clinical problems by utilizing high-performance computing. He is the founder of the series of the World Congresses GeNeDis (“Genetics, Geriatrics and Neurodegenerative Diseases Research”), organized every two years starting from 2014. He also founded the Master’s Program “Bioinformatics & Neuroinformatics” and is the editor of the Handbook of Computational Neurodegeneration that will be published by Springer International Publishing.

Yi Zhihong received the Ph.D. degree in statistics from Hunan Normal University. He is currently an Associate Prof. with College of Mathematics and Information Science, Nanchang Normal University; and a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Business School, Hunan Normal University. His researches has been published in international journals, such as Fuzzy Sets and Systems, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON FUZZY SYSTEMS, the International Journal of Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Optimization and Decision Making, and Expert Systems with Applications, Complex & Intelligent Systems, Iranian Journal of Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Access, Systems. Ablameiko Sergey Vladimirovich, Belarusian, was born in 1956 in p. Voronovo Grodno region. In 1978 he graduated from BSU with a degree in mathematics. From 1978 to 2008 - at the Institute of Technical Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR (since 2002 - Joint Institute of Informatics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus): trainee researcher, graduate student, junior researcher, senior researcher, since 1986 - Head of the Laboratory, since 1998 - Deputy Director, in 2002-2008 - General Director. From 2005 to 2012 – Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physics, Mathematics and Informatics of the NAS of Belarus. Simultaneously since 1989 - associate professor, then Professor BSU (part-time). From October 2008 to September 2017 – Rector of the Belarusian State University. Since September 2017 - Professor of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of BSU. In 1984 he defended his thesis, in 1990 - his doctoral dissertation. In 1992 he was awarded the academic title of professor. In 2004 he was elected a corresponding member of the NAS of Belarus, in 2009 - Academician.
