Dr. Kichang Jeong, born on September 20, 1980, is a distinguished expert in construction management and administrative law, with over 21 years of professional experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Construction Management from Dongguk University Graduate School and a J.D. in Administrative Law from Hanyang University Law School. Dr. Jeongs professional qualifications include a Cost Analysis Certification, National Certified Cost Analyst, and Certified Value Specialist, the highest grade in Value Engineering, awarded by SAVE International. Currently, Dr. Jeong serves as an Advisory Committee Member for Court-Appointed Expert Fees at the Seoul Administrative Court and has been a Special Expert Witness since 2016. He also holds positions as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Expert Witness at the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, and as a Research Fellow at Dongguk University Construction Technology Service Research Center. Dr. Jeong is an active member of various professional bodies, including the Korean Society of Construction Management, where he is a Lifetime Member and Paper Review Committee Member. He has also contributed significantly to the Local Contract Cost Association and the Korean Academic Services Association, holding board positions in both organizations. His previous roles include serving as Vice Chairman of the Construction Contract Dispute Committee at the Architectural Institute of Korea, Adjunct Professor at Kwangwoon University, President of the Korea Construction Management Research Institute, and Director at both the Korean Society of Construction Management and the Korea Procurement Society. Dr. Jeong has authored several influential books and papers in the field of construction management, including "Practical Calculation of Construction and Other Costs," "Introduction to Cost Management on Construction Sites," and "Practical Adjustment of Contract Amounts for Extended Construction Periods." His research covers a wide range of topics, such as cost management, construction subcontracting, indirect cost calculation standards, and work trade image classification.In addition to his publications, Dr. Jeong has presented his work at numerous conferences, discussing innovative methods for data mining, defect prevention, and performance degradation analysis in construction. Dr. Kichang Jeong continues to contribute to the advancement of construction management through his research, teaching, and active participation in professional organizations.

Biao HU is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering, Shenzhen University, P.R. China. He obtained his Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong in 2017. His main research focuses on composite materials & structures, structural retrofitting, and sustainable construction materials. He has published 45 SCI journal papers with another 6 SCI journal papers under review. The publications have attracted more than 1150 citations recorded in Google Scholar with a H-index of 17. He is the principal investigator of 6 research projects and the co-investigator of more than 10 research projects. He serves as the editorial board member of several journals and the guest editor of five SCI journals. He is a regular reviewer of more than 30 peer-reviewed international SCI journals. He received the Moisseiff Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2018. Rosario Montuori is a Professor of Structural Engineering at the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Salerno, Italy, since 2005. He received a M.S, B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Salerno in 1997 and the PhD in Structural Engineering from the same University in 2001. He is author of more than 100 journal articles, conference papers and scientific reports. His principal research activity are devoted to the control of collapse mechanism for steel structures by means of a rigorously application of capacity design. Awadallah holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, University of Montreal, Canada, with a specialization in hydrology and water resources. Ali Kaveh was born in 1948 in Tabriz, Iran. After graduation from the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Tabriz in 1969, he continued his studies on Structures at Imperial College of Science and Technology at London University, and received his M.Sc., DIC and Ph.D. degrees in 1970 and 1974, respectively. He then joined the Iran University of Science and Technology. Professor Kaveh is the fellow of 3 academies including Iranian Academy of Science, World Academy of Sciences and European Academy of Sciences and Arts.
