Administrative Views on Teacher Tenure in Santa Clara, California

Abstract

Teacher quality has become a huge issue in almost every state. Every parent wants his/her child to be in a classroom with a caring, compassionate educator. This paper represents the results of a survey of administrators in Santa Clara, California. The survey was administered in 2017. Results have been tallied and are represented in this article.
