Abstract

In 2016, the cosmetic market grew an estimated of four percent globally in comparison to the previous year; revenue for this segment amounts to approximately $13.6 billion and is expected grow annual by 3.7% in 2018 [1]. With the healthy growth of the cosmetic market there are signs that highlight inclusive practices that can be attributed to this growth.
