Abstract
Is Civil-Structural engineering an art, a science, or a technology that brings scientific knowledge, mainly from physics and mathematics, to work seamlessly in nature, in examples such as bridges, buildings and dams? The short communication entitled “Civil-Structural Engineering: Artist to Technician to Scientist” by Aktan [1] provides some valuable insights related to this subject.
