Abstract
Epidermal inclusion cysts are benign lesions that are rarely seen on the foot due to its lack of sebaceous glands. (Paparelli) We report a case of a 70-year-old male with an inclusion cyst for over 5 years. Radiographs and magnetic resonance imaging revealed the presence of subcutaneous mass with a growing epidermoid.
