Abstract
Sterility is becoming an increasing issue, with estimated every seventh couple experiencing an unfulfilled desire to have children for more than a year [1]. As fulfilling the wish for a child is postponed in later periods of time by more and more women there is an increasing number of reproductive treatments, especially in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and intracytoplasmatic sperm injection (ICSI). Up to now, more than eight million children have been born after IVF or ICSI worldwide [2]. There are several potential causes for sterility.
