Huang Wei Ling, born in Taiwan, raised and graduated in medicine in Brazil, specialist in infectious and parasitic diseases, a General Practitioner and Parenteral and Enteral Medical Nutrition Therapist. Once in charge of the Hospital Infection Control Service of the City of Franca’s General Hospital, she was responsible for the control of all prescribed antimicrobial medication and received an award for the best paper presented at the Brazilian Hospital Infection Control Congress in 1998. Since 1997, she works with the approach and treatment of all chronic diseases in a holistic way, with treatment guided through the teachings of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hippocrates.Researcher in the University of São Paulo, in the Ophthalmology department from 2012 to 2013.
Maximilien Gourdin is anaesthesiologist, Associate Clinical Director, Director of Academic Missions at CHU-UCL Namur, professor at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and at the University of Namur (UNamur), Belgium. He completed his Master in anaesthesiology and intensive care in 2002 (Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium); his DAR - Cardiovascular Anaesthesia Specialization in 2000-2001 at the Hospital de la Pitié-Salpétrière, Paris AP-HP, his Certificate in "Management for the hospital doctor" in 2004, his DEA in Biomedical Sciences in 2008, his Basic Live Support Instructor Diploma (European Resuscitation Council) in 2008, obtained his Lean Management Champion" training certificate in 2010, his PhD in Medical Sciences in 2012, his Certificate of Training in Medical Research in 2012, his Interuniversity Certificate in Strategic Thinking and Strategic Management in Care Institutions in 2013. He is part of the Course Assignment Committee - Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry (Université catholique de Louvain) since 2013. Sangeeta Singg, PhD is a licensed psychologist and a professor of psychology at the Angelo State University (ASU) where she started the graduate counseling psychology program and served as the Program Director for many years. She is also a certified Applied Clinical Nutritionist and a Purification and Weight Loss Coach. Her publications are in the areas of health and counseling/clinical psychology. She is currently serving as the president of the Psychological Association of Greater West Texas (PAGWT). In November 2016, PAGWT recognized her with a prestigious award, Outstanding Leadership in Psychology Award. Serving on the Board of Directors of American Heart Association, Tom Green County Division for 32 years, four times as the Board President, she received recognition for her service and volunteerism for over 30 years and was named Go Red Ambassador in 2009. Dr. Singg was selected as a Top Psychologist in San Angelo, Texas by the International Association of HealthCare Professionals and listed in their publication, Worldwide Leaders in Health Care, 2016. Among several academic awards, three are ASUs Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award, ASU Faculty Excellence in Leadership/Service, Texas A&M University-Commerces Ambassador Award, and ASU 35-Years Service Award. Dr. Singg organized the first AIDS Awareness Program in West Texas in early 1980s and started the first support group for the AIDS patients, their families and friends. A group member and Dr. Singg founded the San Angelo AIDS Foundation which began serving a vast geographical area of West Texas.
Singgs research interests are diverse and interdisciplinary including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, zoophilia, childhood sexual abuse, memory, cardiovascular disease, alternative methods of healing, grief, suicide, energy medicine, student personal responsibility, self-esteem, color preference and color therapy, and role of nutrition in physical and psychological wellness.

Dr. Rajesh Rajan MD, is the current President of the Indian Association of Clinical Cardiologists. He has been the recipient of several distinguished fellowships, including those from the Royal College of Physicians UK&Ireland, European Society of Cardiology, American College of Cardiology, and American Heart Association. Dr Rajan has been in charge of various clinical research registries in heart failure and authored several publications. He is actively involved in various global forums and committees in the field of cardiology. He currently works at Sabah Al-Ahmad Cardiac Center, Al-Amiri Hospital.

Joseph Prandota received his Doctor of Medical Sciences degree (1970) and PhD degree (1980) from Wroclaw Medical University, Poland. He worked as Assistant/Adjunct in Dpt of Pharmacology (1966-1975), Dpt of Pediatric Nephrology (1975-1977), the Associate Professor, Full Professor and Chief in Dpt of Pediatrics, J. Korczak Memorial Childrens Hospital in Wroclaw (1978-2002), and then in the Faculty of Dentistry, and as the Chair and Head of Dpt of Social Pediatrics, Faculty of Health Sciences, Wroclaw Medical University (2002-2011). He received the Senior Fulbright-Hays Program award and worked in Dpt of Pediatrics, Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA (1973-175; director dr Albert W. Pruitt); obtained fellowship in Dpt of Pharmacology, Creteil, Paris XII, France (1977/1978; chairman dr Jean-Paul Tillement); was awarded The Kosciuszko Foundation Fellowship (twice) working in Dpt of Pediatrics, LSU in Shreveport, LA (1986); director dr John T. Wilson; and was a Visiting Professor in Dpt of Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology, School of Medicine, Hannover, Germany (September, 1993; chairman dr Johannes Brodehl). He published 65 peer-reviewed papers as the only or first author, and solved several important scientific/clinical puzzles, such as for example: the peculiar disposition of drugs in cystic fibrosis patients, the dangerous diuretic tienilic acid-coumarin derivatives interaction, the aquarium fish food proteins as the triggering agents in development of autoimmune hepatitis, the beneficial effect of hydrocortisone plus epsilon-aminocaproic acid on disappearance rate of cutaneous vasculitis and fibrinolysis, the possible accumulation of cimetidine after multiple oral doses, the need for calculation of plasma elimination half-life of drugs only after reaching steady-state concentration, and an important role of viral infections in inhibition of xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes leading to development of autoimmune hepatitis. He is an Editor of more than 50 scientific journals including World J Clin Pediatrics (China), Int J Neurology Res (Hong Kong), Archives of Clinical Hypertension (India), Global Journal of Gastroenterology & Hepatology (UK), and The Open Neurology Journal (USA). Recently, Dr Prandota et al found the increased seroprevalence of chronic toxoplasmosis in autistic children [Int J Neurol Res, 2015,1(3),102], and suggested that T. gondii may be responsible for development of atherosclerosis (J Cardiol Ther, 2017,4(2).611).
Latent chronic T. gondii infection and its participation in development of molecular pathomechanisms of headaches, several neurodegenerative, and autoimmune diseases, including autism, inflammatory bowel disease, Lesniowski Crohn disease, cryptogenic liver disease, steatohepatitis, diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, idiopathic intracranial hypertension, and proteinuria.
Telmo Pereira is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at the Coimbra Health School, Polytechnic Institute of Coimbra, Portugal, and is the Head of the Physiology Department. With a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology Neurosciences, by the University of Coimbra, in the last five years has developed research in the areas of Cardiovascular Prevention and Neuroscience, and has also collaborated in the development of new non-invasive technology options for the assessment of vascular function. Dr Andres received his MD degree in Internal Medicine, at the University of Strasbourg, France. He worked as an associated professor in the University Hospital of Strasbourg, France. In 1998 he worked as PhD in Molecular Biology in the Laboratory of Professor Hoffmann (2011, Nobel Prize of Medicine) in the field of cationic antimicrobial peptides and pathogens host relations. In 2002, he was nominated Professor at the University of Strasbourg, France. He also was in the head of an Internal Medicine Department (of 62 beads) in the University hospital of Strasbourg, France. He was awarded the French Society of Haematology, price for research in the field of anaemia related to cobalamin or folate deficiencies in 2004. Achievements include development of research in: all type of anaemia, neutropenia and thrombocytopenia, particularly drug-induced neutropenia and agranulocytosis or thrombocytopenia; haematopoietic growth factors and cobalamin deficiencies. He also conducts several studies on inflammatory or immune disorders. His recent works also include research and development on human sounds analysis, electronic stethoscope, e auscultation and e medicine. In that function he was recruited as advisor to several pharmaceutical and telemedicine companies or start-up.
